wow. so between the GC and GH/GR the impreza gained around 500lbs? i know rigidity and crash safety are important but darnit, nothing's under 3000lbs anymore. really hope they can keep the weight of the FT-86 low.

Only downside to 22B (IMO) is the redline. Other JDM GC STi's redline was 8k-ish, but 22B were 7k. Most Subie fan believe that's why 2.5L STI's redline is 6k. 2L = 8k, 2.2L = 7k, 2.5L = 6k |

I'm getting pretty anxious about the Subaru version. I'm starting to get a bad, bad, feeling that in North America the Scion rumour is going to be true.
Subaru will hopefully be my out, hell it'll go with the Legacy.

Hell, I have been thinking of getting the scooby version anyway. Unless it lacks something the Yota has that i deem important enough.

It's ridiculous. Cars that were moderately lightweight, mid 2000lb region, are now over 3000lbs and growing! |

You know what would be better? Instead of beefing up passenger cars, make them all with a full roll cage inside seriously tho it's the impacts with SUVs that's the problem since their chassis is v high
