Option 2 looks like my style. Ill be sure to send the deposit via venmo. But can you take a picture with your forum name and date in it so I know you have the property in hand?

Too late, finch1750 ...... that property got snatched up. The buyer was on a retainer with a straw buyer ......and it was sold within 5 minutes of the posting.

I told you it was a HOT market ....... the 60's hippies are now retiring and they are snapping up those properties that reminded them of their youth.

@Ultramaroon It was a nice day in Portland today! Decent weather. We ended up at a sandwich shop called Lardo in downtown. Food was good and beer was yum. Y'all got to set up a drive soon!! Was itching to test out these tires since it was sunny but car had uneven balance due to brother being in the back seat.

@humfrz I was in your neck of the woods. City is so nice and quiet, might purchase a house there if prices are within budget within the next year or two :o

Won't lie. I'm a bit worried. Have already done an additional 2 orders from amazon (thank god for prime) for things like SATA cables and fans. But, I have an extra 120 ish to spend on random stuff because I managed to get a free copy of windows 10 from a friend who is currently in university, so yay for that.
