To be honest, I thought this was the kind of place where you were supposed to be able to say whatever (outside of politics and race) and it was cool. I say this because I got made fun of for being butthurt when my doctoral pursuit became the target of some ridicule. Not to bring that back up, but just to explain why I thought what I said would be taken as funny.

I admit that was kind of a dumb thing to say about someone I don't like.

It's easy to forget that there are indeed people who genuinely do enjoy Kanye's albums despite our opinions as a result of his actions.

Anybody else go through bouts of extreme frugality and then the exact opposite? For example I will talk myself out of most purchases for a few months and then for one week I will lose most self control on those parts I've wanted for so long and buy at least one or two.
