Seems like people are not receiving the full kit they should be getting. For the people missing their oil cooler, are you also missing the ecutek? Thanks.

I ordered the CARB kit and got my ecutek. The sc kit was complete there just no oil cooler. I'm guessing it was simply an oversight.

Oil cooler is an optional add on and does not come with the carb kit automatically

I believe it is an additional $695

Is there something I'm missing for placing the front bumper back on after installing the supercharger? I spent the last three hours trying to fit it back on and it will not go. Have to get some sleep before work tomorrow and was hoping there were some suggestions if others had problems with the bumper before I tackle it after work tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

Did you take the air guides off of the front bumper? 3 screws each for 2 guides, on either side of the front bumper opening.

For all those that installed this kit themselves. How did you prime the sc? I know the rotrex guide says supply pressurized air no more than 15 psi. But how did u gauge the psi of your air gun? Trying to get any tips before I tackle my install.

Depending on the plumbing of your compressor setup, just install a ball valve and a gauage after it to a quick disconnect at both ends:

[::]======(O)=======//========[::]>-------- [::]========...

^female.........^guage........^ball valve......^male........ ^your original
connector......................................... ........connector.....line

The valve will let you "regulate" the air and the guage to measure the pressure you get. At least that's the cheap way to do it. Unless your compressor already has an adjustable regulator built in.

The bumper is a bitch. I found that when I had problems, the holes on the underside weren't lining up right. Once I got the bottom lined up, the top and sides popped right in perfectly.

You either need a air pressure regulator on the output of your compressor, or only fill your compressor to 15psi.

If you have fog lights, you have to make sure the drivers side intercooler pipe is not touching it. You can leave the under body panels off when putting the bumper on. Then you can look underneath the car to see if anything is touching the bumper.

Not an oversight.

EcuTek ProECU Programming Kits have been on backorder for a few weeks. We could not wait any longer for them to come back in stock, so we shipped systems with a note letting customers know we will ship their ProECU Programming Kits to them once they are in our hands this week.

Oil Cooler kits ship in separate boxes. In this case, your supercharger system probably came up ready to ship and shipped before your oil cooler.

Congrats on your new systems!
