I also found a local shop who will do some welding for me. I'll just tack weld everything, and they will do the rest.

@visbits
Do you think there is room for the stock airbox or will it run into the pulley or TB? I like an OEM look, so my plan was to keep it. Also, I planned to do some rivnuts for the catch cans, and I was going to mount them along the driver's side frame rail. I just don't know yet what the clearance will be like with the AC compressor there. Do you think there is 6-8'' for some catch cans? I have two big ones that I wanted to put side by side, so I will have them along the whole frame rail, but I might be able to keep them more towards the back side. I just don't have a picture of the clearance of these two areas. I guess I will find out soon too. My parts should be here tomorrow minus the flywheel.

I highly doubt the stock airbox will even come close to fitting, I wouldn't bother with it. Use the radium catch can that goes above the brake booster, its easy and well priced. http://www.radiumauto.com/Catch-Can-...Z86-P2070.aspx I believe its the 20-0902 kit for the brake booster side, some googling will get you results. |

Fedex never knocked or rang, but said no one is home. They never left a slip on the door. I’ll have to wait until Monday. One week delay. I hate FedEx.

Try leaving a note on your door giving permission to leave in on your doorstep. If it’s signed I think they will consider that valid. |

Didn't think about that. Wishing I just had the package delivery to my work so I wouldn't have to worry about being home. When you get it all in, I think you'll be pleased with the quality. Really happy with everything I've received so far. |

I think there might be room further back too. Hard to tell from that pic, but that gives me an idea. I have some Amazon cans that are pretty big—750ml—so I don’t know how they compare. I think those are 240ml each.

Fedex is a joke! It takes almost 7 days for me to get anything delivered even if its local. I sent kpower UPS labels and had my stuff delivered THE NEXT day via GROUND on my own dime. You would be best off having fedex do a hold at a location like CVS or whatever local store they offer that at and going to pick it up when you have time. |

One box was able to be directed to a FedEx pickup location. Two remaining boxes are FedEx home delivery, which is like Tuesday through Sunday, so they won’t be delivered today, and I am not off on a Tuesday until the 30th. The other box is FedEx Ground, which is Monday through Friday, so it should go out today and be delivered. I will need to park a lawn chair outside to make sure I get it. Customer Service dude was useless. Nothing could be changed or merged. Despite me saying I was at work, they made delivery attempts all week. In order to avoid possibly having the boxes be returned to Kpower, I put them on a vacation hold for six days starting tomorrow until I am available to be home.
Again, FedEx is special-ed, little-bus status. 2021, and there is no simple way to text or communicate with a driver or customize the delivery options. Apparently the shipper dictates if the package can be rerouted to a drop off location, or maybe it isn’t included in the type of delivery service, but come on FedEx; this is a perfect opportunity to upsell by charging a small fee to have it rerouted. Especially when they lack the customer service personnel to have people pick up the package from a shipping hub, you would think they would want to do something to offload packages faster or be efficient by not attempting deliveries when no one is home.
