Especially on a lift, sways can be swapped extremely easily so there is no harm in trying them out.
Thanks everyone for the quick responses
I would swap them for sure and set them on the softest setting for now if you have the time. Check your end link clearances. I would run a set of adjustable ones. I had issues with the fixed perrin rear endlinks pushing the top of the sway bar into the underside of the body when my car was lower. I run the Whiteline WHIKLC179 in the front and the WHIKLC182 in the rear.

I already have pre-shortened Whiteline front endlinks, but I don't have any rear end links currently. Once I get the car up on the lift i'll see if it becomes an issue and order some as necessary.

Unless you're corner balanced and thus need adjustable end links to prevent preload, there really shouldn't be a reason to change them. (I'm 99.95 % sure @ZDan knows that, just adding to the conversation for others)

If you have the sways already I'd say chuck them on and see how you like it. Reading stuff online is a good knowledge base but it wont replace trying things yourself. I don't track my car but for hill climbs and spirited driving I haven't liked a stiffer rear sway. In slow tight corners it feel like it picks up an inside rear wheel.

Never liked a stiffer rear myself. It would feel like lifting a tire as you said, but most annoyingly to me was how much the rear would step out under trail braking.

FWIW I'm running Eibach sways front and rear, front set to soft (+167%) and rear set to stiff (+153%). No probs with lifting a rear wheel or corner entry oversteer.
