What's the difference? Which one's better? Which one's your go-to?

I run the Eco-lite and have since I got the car over a year ago. Works just fine for minimal daily driving and a lot of autocross.

I believe X-clean and EFE only come in 30 weight, hence why I went with the Eco-lite. Most people won't need a 30 weight if they're using a robust 20 weight like Motul.
