Two sightings today:

White FRS looking for a parking spot at about 1:50pm at 1st Markham Place.

Another white FRS going east on Hwy7 towards McCowan at about 5:30pm.

Depends on your target market and your location...

What's really popular now is all you can eat sushi as you might notice, lol..

Every corner in Scarb->Richmondhill.

It's an expensive intial cost.

Spotted black eye tail lights - WHITE FR-S.

I think it's @b1pkkf26 parking on the side streets

hard to say in just a few words. it may be good OR bad depending on location & area (rent cost & other fixed costs) and your target consumers. keep in mind all supply is inflating when you can hardly change your selling price to keep customers happy.
IF any advice id give, it would be best to target the white people market cuz they actually come out to eat & spend. chinese usually come out just to fill their stomachs n thats it.

+1.

White people think it's cheap, compared to their $14-16 average per meal dish from a white place like boston pizza.

Anything < $10 is consider cheap to them, and expensive to the Asian market.

Yep that's my demo car from DVN until my fr-s arrives. I traded it in for my XB demo last saturday. Most likely going to take the TC next week!

I'm gonna end up testing/driving their whole fleet while i wait!

I saw one in my neighbourhood on Tuesday night... I'm hoping it was just someone visiting. :P I want to be the first in my neighbourhood! Haven't seen it again since.

Leslie and John area, if you were there, you'll know where specifically
