Video URL is busted. I think it's going to like, your editing page or something. I was able to mess with it and get the video, though.

Also, no sound?

I fixed the link. The first one was my YouTube Studio link.
No sound is because it's an "Optimized Lap" that the Garmin Catalyst does. It's an unaltered video except for the T1 to T2 segment where I could have been faster.
To get the sound I'd have to edit the full version, which I haven't done.
LRP has a 88dB sound limit, so sound isn't too impressive, plus in the full version video I have the Catalyst "girl in the car instructor" talking to me through the car's speakers. I just got Bluetooth earbuds I'll be using from now on.
The Catalyst is a pretty cool tool if you haven't tried it! I have two regular BRZ track buddies and we can overlay and compare laps with the Garmin Catalyst.

I’m not sure if this has changed or not but it’s a shame it can’t pull in data from the car via obd2. That is a deal breaker for me when it comes to data analytics

What kind of driving data would you be missing? You get time, position, G's and speed.

Throttle brake pressure steering angle. Also temperature stuff like oil and coolant.

Also I don’t know how robust the software is on the pc side compared to something like race studio from aim. The catalyst is meant for a different use case I think. Bit more all in one and user friendly.

A 50-60°F, windy day. I doubt the tires got warm enough. Still, it was a lot of fun. I did a personal best lap time of 1:23.7. That's close to a Miata pole position lap in SCCA racing.

SCDA track days at WGI

Video of the first day's best session, running the full Grand Prix course at Watkins Glen.
I was chasing my best friend in his Yellow. Did a 2:24 in another session. 126 on the back straight. Lots of improving and consistency to do.

I'm frustrated. I tried to post this on Facebook and if Mike Kang is involved it doesn't get posted.
I'm looking for canards that will fit my BRZ. Real functional canards.
I've asked Verus and they don't have anything yet. I was hoping to avoid having to make my own.
This is not for looks, this for my track car. If something is close to fitting I don't mind making it work. Any suggestions?

Wow. Tracking an Allroad. That's optimistic.

Perhaps ARP? They're listed a few places, but all showing out of stock. https://www.ftspeed.com/part/ab-8220...ubaru-brz-2022

I know. Pretty silly. Takes all kinds... AND, this is the Instructors and Advanced (top level) driver's group! Almost surely an instructor.

I appreciate the effort and suggestion. Perhaps I'm too picky, but I don't see those as being very big or effective and the the price is crazy.
I'm now about to order some carbon fiber cloth and epoxy and make my own!
My buddies with 2023's could use some too.
Also note that Verus says the GR86 ones won't fit the BRZ. They are going to come out with some, but when?
Also note that at least one place selling the Verus cannards say they fit the BRZ too.

Definitely a bling piece first, functionality second. And the price is definitely high for what you're getting.
