With a 2 month warranty for a new scoot, it doesn't sound like they have a lot of confidence in their product.
The parts pipeline for replacements is ebay and amazon.

Who Makes Ice Bear Scooters?

I would stay away from those Icebears, cheep honda clones from china

If you can get your name on a list for a new Honda Navi, that's what i would get

or get a real Honda Ruckus second hand, or a Metropolitan if you into that style

You might consider the Yamaha SMax 155cc scooter. I own one and it's a great scooter. It has an actual top speed of 72 MPH. Unfortunately, it was discontinued in 2020, but new leftovers can still be found as well as used ones. The cost new was about $3700.

Thanks for giving me some options but i want something look little cooler and cruise around in local town.
I mainly interested in Honda Ruckus.

I will look into quality of Icebear and see if can bear with it.
if not, i will spend little more money to just get Honda Rebel 300ABS
dilemma is I dont want to spend $5K or over either lol

budget a bit for gear and a rider safety course.

If it is an option, get a dirt bike to learn the physics of two wheels in a less painful environment.

On a really sad note, a good friend lost his life a few weeks ago on a CBR1000RR. I still haven't really processed it. Ron Lunsford was the best semi-professional motorcycle racer I ever met. Some guys I met, Doug Polen, Freddy Spencer, Kevin Schwantz might have been ahead, but not by a whole lot. When I was running in a local club endurance series, he was our ringer. Without him we were good for maybe third in open production, second on a really good day. When he could make it we'd win. The tires would be corded, but we'd win. Yet, the story is he rear-ended a car. I can't get my head around that.

His dad owned what was probably at the time, the largest Honda dealership in the Houston area. Ron later bought the business from his dad and sold it probably a decade or so ago. He was always looking for a way to make a positive impact on the community. He pioneered several charity events in the Houston area, fund raising for pediatric brain cancer research and other children's medical conditions. He also provided support and guidance for a number of up-and-coming amateur road racers. One that most folks have heard of is Colin Edwards.

All in all, he was a first class human being who also happened to be blindingly quick on a motorcycle on a road course. Really miss you Ron. Vaya con dios, amigo.

My riding buddy got hit in December and didn't recover. He was kinda Cinco-polar at 75 and three where ready to go.

The widow maker Z1 ruled until Yamaha did the XS1100. The power band of the old 900 came on steep and garnered that nickname. 'they say', there are a few frames still out in the woods on 129/dragon.

I would get smoked on CB750 even with a 52 tooth rear sprocket and JCWhitney 4-into-1.

Some history on the Z1. https://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/mo...ki_z1%2072.htm

I had a ‘76 KZ900 that I eventually grafted a double disk front end onto added a Kerker pipe, some super bike bars, and fabbed some mild rearsets. It wasn’t quite as diabolical as the original Z1 and nowhere near the widowmaker that the H1s and H2s, but could still be a handful.

I really don’t want to think about trying to hustle that puppy down the Dragon.
