Eventually I'd love to, but I'm focusing on the US for now and there are a lot of tracks to cover already! World wide would be intense.

I'd be surprised if someone didn't have a faster time but...

Somebody at VIR this past weekend gave me a heads up on this new thread. Thanks for the updated list.

@86_IT Do you have to have a video to prove your time at the track? I know someone that did faster in a track (Michigan) a year or two ago in an NA.

VIR Full Course 03/22/2019 - 2:07.256
http://racehero.io/events/nasa-ma-ma...lts/1073743098 I was there the entire weekend. Proof of this transponder being on a BRZ? During Friday's race the actual time was: http://racehero.io/events/nasa-ma-ma...lts/1073743100 Position 21 (co-driven). Unless there is video/data to support. I dispute this laptime. Granted the transponder is registered to a BRZ thats about it.

These 2 statements seem contradictory as I have provided one of the 3 posted requirements for all events, including the disputed VIR and NJMP events. My BRZ was not ready for Competition School, so at the last minute my good friend Patrick offered his BRZ for me to take the school while he drove Open Practice the same day. We were co-driving that day. The transponder is linked to the BRZ, which is the car you have inspected at the beginning of the day and the car you are required to drive. You simply cannot jump into another car since the transponder belongs to the BRZ and hence the driver in that session, or put the HARD WIRED transponder into a twin turbo Viper hoping nobody in Timing will notice that the car that just passed is not a bright blue Subaru BRZ. It simply does not happen. |
