What you're showing it's also offset to the left which suggests it's time, since you're going faster and getting to the same braking point sooner...Unless this is saying you're braking in a different spot, but I wouldn't expect there to be that much fidelity in the data (commercial GPS isn't that accurate)?

Somebody 'splain it to me please...
Peaks yes valleys no.

He's not going to be cornering faster with more power, but he sure will be accelerating faster and seeing higher speeds. That's why you see the same valleys, and the same acceleration points, but higher velocities exiting the corners and down the straights.

I feel like I'm missing something fundamental here. I appreciate you guys trying to help. But I'll let it go rather than clutter up this thread further.

Serious question - competitive header trade up program?

It's around a 5-6 mph difference at the end of the straight (look at the #s on the y axis). Which means I have to start breaking earlier. That's why the peak is offset left. The valley will be the same because that's the cornering speed.

I received something like that (Tariff/Import fee?), but mine was about $34.00. I assumed it was probably a result of the direct / drop shipping from Taiwan. Actual bill was from FedEx, and since I already had received the headers I figured they'd already paid it, so no reason not to reimburse them for their troubles.

<~3% tariff didn't seem particularly unreasonable, although it was unexpected.

Yeah, I'm not sure exactly what it is. I doubt it's just an invoice showing what was paid by ACE. I dunno, weird that they would inform me of the details. The addition notice said the package was delivered to speed up the delivery process and yada yada yada. Plus it has a return envelope and tells you not to staple your payment and to make check payable to FedEx. CSG is going to look into this as I'm sending them the information. Hopefully nothing has to be paid, but I don't want to be audited or fined because I didn't.

Send david@counterspacegarage.com a PDF of the invoice. We're looking into this.

Thanks. This is way more informative than dynos. And that is a huge difference.

Its ok, if u dont track and use AIM Solo then it may be difficult for you to understand. A mere 3-4 mph difference of each corner can translate into 4-5 sec different in lap time which is signifiant, and it take quiet a bit of power and tq to achieve and of course the drivers skill level.

Bottom line is this header is unreal......

I believe it requires you to disconnect the passenger side motor mount. It's really not that big of a deal, an extra 5 minutes of time.

Some people have said they did, but it's really MUCH faster to just lift the engine. It's one 17mm nut for the passenger side engine mount, and a floor jack to lift the engine 10mm if you're working on the floor. Once the overpipe is in, lower engine, and re-torque that single nut for the engine mount.

That is simply beautiful. The different coloration from variations in exhaust temperatures on quality steel. Yes!
