Seems to be plenty of MAF rescaling services out there.. here's a really reasonably priced option ( http://degeneratemotoring.com/shop/maf-scaling/ ). I havent done it yet but i emailed back and forth about the process, from there you could possibly do an evaluation. Also remember, modifying cars is all about personal preference.. kinda like all these "pops, bangs, crackle" tunes out there. How could that not be as "bad" or worse than an intake for a motor? Personally I'd rather hear the sound of a null performance intake than "pops" and "bangs", that seems like some poser siht...

maf scaling is not an exact science because there compensation and you are actually also building an "engine load" line along with it since they are pegged
you can have a not 100% perfect Maf scaling (it s also impossible to have since it s just a 2dimension table , you would need a 3D table like the speed density to make a perfect 360° job

it s just the beginning, once you have a nice close enough maf scaling, you adjust the rest starting from there
