I was inspired to switch up my front suspension by Joel's BRZ - Low Budget Time Attack Build.
I will be using a ND Miata/ Fiat 124 front suspension setup to build a jig to build a subframe that will bolt into the frs. I will use the arms to build a jig to make adj. upper control arms. I may use the Mazda lower control arms or build new adj lowers as well. The less time I have to work on it the more time I have to rethink things. Double edged sword.

I have received the front crossmember, and suspension. I measured it out. The mounting holes for the crossmember are slightly narrower than the frs unit. This was expected because the width of the frame rails to fit the flat 4 in the frs. The crossmember is also taller from where it attaches to the chassis to the lower control arm mounting point. If it were a closer fit I was going to prop it up under the car for some pictures. I will need to take more measurements, so I can start building jigs for the control arms, and crossmember when I get time. I dont count on it being to soon. I work to much

Are you still working on this build friend? Was really pumped to see all the work you were doing.
