Yep they have figured out how to hack old accounts. Any old account that suddenly has links for ICQ and AOL with a user driving a "Man" is now a bot.
They are assimilating!

Saw a guy drop his receipt in the grocery store parking lot today. He looked quite shocked when I tried to return it "uhh no no I don't need it...". I didn't look but I hope there was something embarrassing on it and he learned a lesson about littering. Probably not though.

You should see IG stories bots lately. they're all the fake camgirl types with a link to malware and a bunch of them "like" your story post for no reason.

Reminds me of the time when I was at Costco on a windy day, and this lady left her empty cart right in the middle of the row of spots and walked to her car. I called out and asked if she was going to stow it somewhere and she said no and quickly walked into her car and drove away, while the cart was slowly starting to roll toward cars.

Some people. I think of them as slinkies and look for opportunities to push them down stairs.

Omg!
(I thought the mean age of the audience a little disturbing. Then again lawn bowls has always been considered an old persons sport here in Aus.)

I pushed a cart at a guys truck that did this at Home Depot. I was putting my cart away and he left his and it started rolling away towards me so I sent it back to him. He was pissed but there were 3 of us so he didn't do anything more then mean mug and walk away. He put his cart away though.

When I used to DD my lifted Toyota I had someone leave a cart in front of my truck. I couldn't see it and went to pull through the spot in front of me and it kicked the cart out and towards a bunch of cars. I had to kill the truck, jump out and sprint across the parking lot to grab it.

Years ago, while at an intersection with my bicycle, a kid in the back seat of a full car sneakily cracked his window open and dropped some kind of wrapper. I rolled over, picked it up and knocked on his window. When he opened it, I handed his wrapper back to him and politely said "You must have dropped this accidentally. I'm sure you didn't mean to litter."

Fun fact, one can go to jail for littering.
