Does anyone know how I can get my car to be quieter than stock with no drone? I don’t want catalytic converters, resonators, mufflers, or anything that reduces noise because I’ll lose 0.01 HP due to blockage.

Also, plan on goin FI next century, but I don’t know yet.

Remove the starter. It will be very quiet all the time.
