Yelp guess I'll be buying an O2 sensor then and checking for any exhautst leaks. Good thing is they're not too bad at about $100 on rockauto.

I replaced my fuel pump thinking it was related to that but now I'm leaning towards O2 sensor, possible gasket leak near the headers, or the tune itself.
I added their flexfuel kit this past year and noticed that after I've disconnected+reconnected the battery that I get the CEL blink a few times on that first drive but never again. I went back and looked at my email from when they sent my tune and noticed this part:

VVT Enable Feature – BRZ/FRS/BRZ Platform
We have implemented a triple check engine light blink when the VVT (variable valve timing) is not enabled. This is to inform you that the VVT is not active yet and to not drive hard until this stops.

Granted that doesn't really help with your P0172, but might explain the blinking.

Ok that makes sense.

I did get around to changing my O2 sensor. Car seems to be running better but I haven't put any real miles on it yet. Hopefully this solved my issues. You can see I really need to change my O2 sensor this is the old after 175k miles vs the new lol.

That sensor is cooked! Are you running a rich tune?

Yea I'm catless, plus I believe my o2 sensor might have been telling my engine to dump more fuel also.

Yup.

And it turns out the O2 sensor was not the fix but instead I had a single unclamped vacuum line -_- The vaccum line would expand due to heat and leak air once the engine warmed up. Which explains why the problem seemed to pop up intermittenly but what was actually happening is during the night when the engine sat the rubber would shrink due to the cold. So the car ran better at night and in the morning versus it running like crap mid day when temps were high. CEL is now off and car seems to no longer be running rich. Thanks everyone who offered solutions.

Wow, great troubleshooting. Guess O2 sensors can last a long time even covered in soot

Which vacuum line was it btw? did you remember fiddling with it before

The line that runs from my catch can to the supercharger. To connect the different sized hoses I have a connector. I had one side clamped but not the other. I hadn't missed with the line before but I did add a oil cooler line near it so the temps near it increased quite a bit.

So I replaced the bypass valve but now Im having other issues, basically rough idle and it threw a P0172 code... also noticed while not in gear if I blip the throttle it seems to hesitate a bit rev to 2k and choke a little bit...
So far when Im driving down the road its seems ok.
I took a log while driving in to work this morning, could one of you guys that knows how to read this take a look?
Thanks

Errr also how do I share a log file.

Have you confirmed your bypass valve opens as it should? Sounds like maybe something wasn't fully connected after installing the new valve.
