I also regret placing an order. I ordered parts back on the 23rd, haven't received any notifications since. You can't call and talk to someone, so I submitted a ticket over 48hrs ago and haven't heard anything, which is a breach of their own SLA. At this point I'm tempted to cancel the entire order. The order just has a status of "shipstation FT." If this is how my experiences are going to be, I'll go elsewhere.

saw their youtube videos, I was expect good service. no too impress with my first order. i order tein flex a with edfc pro active along with accessories close to 2grand, item did ship after couple day, contact them via email to find out the coilover on back order, but they already charge my credit card, i call them all i got is message, never able to talk to a real person(not the service I expect). try to cancel my order still haven't got an answer. 2 grand might me nothing to some, but that 2 of my paycheck

I recently bought MXP COMP RS Catback Exhaust with Ti Tips, Installed it and i like the sound, but when i drove for few miles, i have experienced a lot of drone at lower RPMs and Higher RPMs.

I am very much disappointed with the customer service, they didn't even asked me the problem in detail, not even asked any photos or videos what i am facing. They just denied that they cannot accept return and neither can exchange it to different product.

I tried my best to seek some help from these guys, but very rudely they just told me that they cannot accept return. I cannot even drive my car with that much drone coming. Just bad Service.

Sorry, I'm with speedfactory on this one. You can't expect them to take back a used product because you don't like it. You need to do your homework before a purchase like that.

Did you install it yourself? Might want to check the slip joint fitting between the midpipe and the muffler section. Those are prone to leaking, and if it is it could increase the volume.

Saw a few posts with negative feedback regarding FT86SpeedFactory and thought I'd drop in and add my positive experiences.

I've placed ~4 or 5 orders with them over the years and never had any complaints. The times that I have had to reach out to them for customer service, I've recieved a reply within a day or two. My last two orders were actually shipped the same day I ordered them and arrived 2 days later.

On top of all of that, they always add a piece of candy to the shipment! Last time I got laffy taffy...and who doesn't love laffy taffy?

It's unfortunate that others have had frustrating experiences with them--but as far as mine go they get a perfect 5/7.

Whenever I make an order with them I put in the order comments "No candy, sticker, air freshener, etc"

This is my experience too. I've probably ordered 5 of 6 times without issue.
