Thanks dude! Been a long time coming haha.
My particular G-Locs (R6) are an aggressive street/AX pad. As the BRZ will not be tracked at all and AX'd a couple of times a year at the most. I wanted better bite and just a more aggressive pad for my toy. I change pads on every car I own, I just don't like most OEM pads.

And, with pads you get what you pay for as I have found out.

Thanks, man! I really like it too. I confess to looking back as I walk away after parking and checking out my window every 20-30 mins to make sure it's still there
I've never had a garage until this car - just had to have one to keep it safe and under wraps - the decision was made the day I caught a wild turkey pecking it's reflection in my BRZ - luckily no damage.

The downside is I used to be able to sneak a peak out the front window at liberty, and that's over with now. Might have to put a camera in there.

Just completed my first 'mod'.

AKA, just removed the dealer frame from the back and replaced it with a Perrin one. Basically anything is better than advertising for a dealer, lol.

I obviously don't have any Perrin parts (yet) but perhaps someday, and advertising for an okay performance place is better than a dealer IMO.

I did find out I didn't get holes drilled for the bottom two holes :\ So I might need to go back to the dealer for that.

You don't need it! I just put a piece of foam with 3m tape and there's no rattle from the plate

I hate drilling unnecessary holes

Sorry, thought I had responded to this! That totally makes sense. I don't think I'll need new brakes for a while but that's good to know.

Did you install the RCE's on yours yet?

That's a good point! There's already foam in the middle (did yours come like that?) so that's nice, and that's a good idea for the bottom. I might just do that, actually.

Yeah I have a piece of foam there already but I put another one across the bottom

Grats on the purchase. As everyone has said, don't worry about the curb rash. After a few times driving you'll completely forget about it, only stings for 1-3 days.
