Here I am again with an other new ZN6. It's actually my 3rd one, I kind of like this car. Lot of people didn't love the Kouki refresh but at my eyes it looked more complete, more mature versus the Scion FR-S 2013-2016.

I didn't wan't to get it as fast, but my friend make me a deal that I couldn't refuse... So in February, I took livery of my brand new Toyota 86 ! This 86 will be driven in Summer only... They offer me to tow the car at my place with no additional cost (winter are harsh over here) ! The car only had 11km when I've parked it in my garage haha. I'm back to white, red was nice but it's a bitch to keep clean. The new white look less yellowish (my white FR-S was a 2013).

I'm really enjoying all the updates on the 86, the little 5HP and the final drive does change the feeling of the car. It feel less "slow" at high RPM, you do feel that you still have power at 7400.

My project with this one, TRD-it. Always wanted a Toyota ride mostly equip with TRD parts and I did find lot of great deals to make my own Toyota 86 TRD. I've found everything I've wanted for this summer. Maybe I'll get the TRD spoiler later...

Looks great, i didn't like the kouki much when it came out but it's grown on me, specially after seeing one at the dealer.

I loved your previous FR-S, i'm eager to see what you do to the kouki... Did you keep your old wheels for this one?

looking forward to see the TRD kit on it too! I'm still in the thought process of getting the Modellista kit or not. I just don't know if it's worth the $1,800.

Yeah, the 57DR will be on the Kouki 86 ! I've kept the wheels the suspension and all the TRD bits that I already had.

@Clee, For this year I will make minor cosmetic change. The TRD kit for the Kouki turn me off sadly, but If I do invest money on body parts I already got my little plan for it...

My old AE86 were both Kouki one ! Kouki FTW

The headlights on the 17+ is such a night and day difference compared to the 13-16 good thing the aftermarket was never a let down.

Is the Kakimoto carrying over to this car too? Or are you gonna get the TRD USA triangle tip exhaust?

since you said the TRD kit turns you off for the Kouki. But if you do, I guess Kakimoto quads??

Hey ! Damn I've miss your post :P No the Kaiki is sold

It would not fit on the new 86 bumper ! I've got the TRD USA exhaust, fit really well with the new lines.
