What about for the MSA pillar pod? My shop is currently installing this and they had concern about airbag functionality. Can anyone confirm this is safe? I believe I read the the pillar flips up and only so far as the clip will allow. I do not want any face lacerations, etc.

I think the same as Anal0g said, Airbag deploys from the top of the dash and goes over the gauges.
