Thanks. The difference here is that most folks talking about ride height adjustment there are talking about a 2 piece shock that has a hollow adapter (bottom bracket) at the bottom. The actual strut cartridge in those stops well short of the strut flange.

So with 2 piece shocks that are intrinsically too short, the owner needs to decide if they want to compromise bump or droop travel, because they can't have both. Thus the "adjust ride height here" narrative. It gets confusing, that's one reason we made the video. To highlight the benefits of our configuration. Watch the 2 piece video linked in the description to see more on that subject.

Xidas are a 1 piece full length shock with a clamp on strut flange. In our case, the shock actually extends well below the strut flange. Different beastie
