I can't seem to get anywhere close to 1 IAM. After driving at least 20 minutes and even driving the car hard and going through the rev ranges, I can't get IAM to move.

The highest I've seen it is .78, I've tried 94 and 93 from two different gas stations.

Any reason the cause of this could be? Is it purely based on bad gas? Anything else that's alarming based on the log below?

https://datazap.me/u/lc300/oft-v4
I see only positive values in flkc and this means that engine is not knocking -> ecu is adding timing. Knock correction events are very minor. IAM should be growing. Why it is not may have more causes, or it just needs more time.

Okay, maybe you guys who know what you're looking at could help me a little?

The situation is important though:
Car is being tuned by Xero Limit, Mike is a great guy but they just recently got back from a summer break so they are without a doubt swamped right now, so that's not an issue.

But, I just wanted to know if by looking at this log, any way to tell if it the tune is made to be rich for safety (since it's the first version of the tune so far) or if I have a leak somewhere, or any hardware issue..

The problem I'm having is that the car is running very rich. So much in fact, that I can't run the the car on Mode/Map 1 which is for E85, which is what I run the car on. Map 3 is for 50% gasoline and 50% E85, about E40 or so, and while it's still rich there, it's way better and driveable at least, even though I have only E85 in the tank. I unfortunately don't have a Flex fuel sensor right now. But I'm sure the fuel is not exactly E85, no station in my country is. I'd wager more around E75.

I should add that the car idles just fine and pulls pretty good on throttle. I have been keeping tabs on the Lambda with my AEM gauge and not gone WOT more than a few times, and not reved it to redline yet.

The mods are DW 700cc injectors, DW 300C pump, Sprintex 210 SC with the Raceseng 72.5mm pulley.
ACE header and overpipe, gutted stock secondary cat, and a Agency Power catback.

The secondary O2 is replaced with a AEM wideband sensor, and it has not been scaled right yet, since that is one of the things the next updated revision of the tune will fix (Mike wanted logs first with the WBO2 installed).

Any help/input is very appreciated!

Hey all, looking to get some insight into my datalogs. Car is turbo'd running flex fuel e85.

Idle Log: Why would my afr's bounce around like this? I also notice high negative short term fuel trims, concerning?

https://datazap.me/u/motox16/82619-i...g=0&data=25-31

Cruising Log (cruise set to 65): I can feel the car occasionally hesitate when cruising, sort of jerks back and forth ever so slightly. I think I can see that happening in the log when the afr's jump up to almost 16 then back down to almost 13. Why could this be happening? Also seeing some knock correction, thinking thats probably my op hitting the subframe...i need stiffer motor mounts.

https://datazap.me/u/motox16/82619-c...&data=25-26-31

WOT Log: This one looks pretty good to me, let me know if I'm missing something. Kind of wondering why my accelerator angle is 100 while my throttle angle shows 80 and declines slowly.

What injectors? It looks like they are struggling to hold lambda 1, so are you running larger port injectors?

Possibly the same issue, nothing looks too bad but t's a big log. Try and check what AFRs and ignition timing does when it hesitates.

It's normal

Running ID1000 injectors. Would them struggling be due to tuning or could they possibly be gummed up? They were used injectors...and I've run a bottle of injector cleaner through the tank.

When the car hesitates thats when the afr's jump up and down, I dont see timing doing anything weird though...

First time running E85 with OFT,
crusing log: https://datazap.me/u/msaikhan/2013-frs?log=0&data=3-4
e85 tune from OFT.
2013 frs, stock air intake, catless headers, catless front pipe + q300

Not sure what i should be looking at. ltft seems under 10, is that all i should worry about?

Running rich at idle

I installed a Gruppe-S catless header, and put on the OFT OTS Stage 2+ tune.
I've driven it for a few days now, and since installation, I've noticed that at idle, i can smell how rich the car is running. Looking at LTFT, I'm at-10 to -12 ANYTIME I'm not on the accelerator (and AFR is at limit, 20).

Did some logging. I pulled one log and my OFT got corrupted and lost all my logs (I'll do more tonight). The one log is here:

https://datazap.me/u/neurytic/60e-sh...g=0&data=1-6-7

Please, please, please, any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!

Maf scaling looks a little off, is your intake stock ?

Afr of 20 whwn your coasting off throttle is normal

Idle afr looks ok as its round 14.7. Jist high ltft at idle.

Full load afr looks rich as it roumd mid 11

Its ok but could be better

Hey guys. I just made a data log that luckily captured an issue I’ve been having at idle spontaneously (not all the time). I was dyno tuned two months ago with headers and flex fuel kit.

The first month or so things were smooth. But then about a month ago I started getting occasional shuddering / rough idling. One occurrence was so bad that the CEL was flashing till the engine calmed down again.

I’m bringing the car to the shop again Wednesday for some data logging too but also got my hands on an ecutek connect, so I was able to log myself already today.

If someone could please also take a look for me that’d be super helpful. Thanks.

Here’s the link:

Stage 2 Flex Fuel Base Map w/ Delicious Tuning. Waiting to get my revised tune, but was wondering if these logs look alright for an idle, partial throttle, and 60 mph cruise control log. Just want to make sure I'm good to daily it easy until I get a revision.
