I can agree with that to a degree. I think there's a fine line between a tasteful GT wing and some ricey shit.

Slapping on a big ass gt wing like an APR for example is a bit much for me. I like the STI gt wing and the SARD wing by comparison because they are understated enough to preserve the prominence of the body lines for the most part. They also sit on lower stands which helps a lot for the overall aesthetic flow of the car as a whole imo

I think if you like the wing then don't get the trunk with the duckbill. Do you know if the duckbill trunk will cause the wing to mount the same as the standard trunk?

For the SARD LSR, I'd say OEM trunk looks cleanest. If you want to add any kind of lip to it a Gurney Flap would probably be best...

It will,

The SARD wing in particular mounts with clamping brackets on either end of the trunk where the taper is still uniform to OEM to maintain fitment. The only stipulation is that I can't have it directly on the edge of course because the clamp can't go literally on top of the duck bill.

Somehow I hadn't even thought about a gurney flap...

That's a great idea, will have to look into and price out options.

I live a good looking wing but I think the duckbill will be too large with the wing. I'd you want both then I'd get the oem trunk with a much smaller duck bill/gurney flap on the trunk
