How noisy are Ohlins camber plates

I have read that camber plates are nosiy, don't have personal experience with them. Jack in savgegesse review said he couldn't get ohlins camber plates which are supposed to be less noisy. How noisy are the compared to other plates? Stock mounts?

In future I am planning to get ohlins R&T, so just doing research on camber options. Right now I am all stock except camber bolts giving me -2.4 degree camber. If I get coil overs, I would want -3.5 degree.

Can't speak to the Ohlins, but I've had the Raceseng plates for over a year and they've been super quiet even after a bunch of trackdays. Similar experience from my buddy who's had them on his 1st gen for 5+ years.

I don't really understand the noise thing about camber plates, there is none to speak of. The OEM top mounts are rubber and aftermarket are solid metal so if anything the bumps will be more jarring, with the benefit of quicker responses to input. I've been driving on aftermarket top mounts for 6 years, summer and winter, rain and snow. No issues or noise to speak of.

I was concerned going from Pedders & Koni’s to Ohlins but was pleasantly surprised that any noise wasn’t noticeable over tire noise and exhaust.
I’m running double camber bolts with the Ohlin top hats and can get -5 degrees camber when maxed out for track.

I have stock suspension and can get -2.4 with both camber bolts. How much would you get with just ohlins top hat? I was thinking I wouldn't need camber bolts with ohlins and 20mm drop to get -3.5° or slightly more, seems like ohlins plates provide much less on their own.

I don't either but saw it being talked about at multiple reviews.

You may have spring to inner fender clearance issues with camber plates and stock diameter coil springs. Coil-overs use smaller diameter coils which allow further inward adjustment travel.
Another option you might consider while staying with stock spring size. Using double camber bolts and Pedders offset top hats. Close to -3.5 degrees is achievable. Pedders are like OEM top hats so do isolate vibration (noise) but with -.75 degrees negative camber built in. The cost is also much less that camber plates. Not as glamorous as camber plates but very functional.
Good Luck!

I've probably had Raceseng plates for nearly 8 years at this point. No noise.
