He is saying it's a projector with a Halogen bulb. Projector was designed for Halogen but can work with an hid kit. True hid projector kits are $300+.

I currently have to Morimoto Retro-quiks installed in my oem lights, might retrofit the winjets with a good projector if I feel they're not adequate.

Ahh Ok. I might do the same. I honestly don't know if I even like the style of the DRL. I won't know until I see them in person. Ideally I want Brz oem lights but those are like 8x the price.
The BRZ comes with oem Hid right? Sent from a Potato |

K2Motor has a pre order going for the More BRZ styled headlights, apparently they will be shipping out in april. *note* the link/brz headlight pre order can only be seen on the full website and not on the mobile version. http://www.k2motor.com/12-up-scion-f...eadlights.html

Those k2motor lights are exactly what I am looking for. But for $400-$500 out of my budget for now.

Well that's the average price of aftermarket headlights, I can't see them getting any cheaper, and if you get the actual oem ones its probably like 2k+

For that amount of money I know I can find a set of BRZ headlights. Although I may have to buy 1 at a time.
After looking further at those K2motoring lights, the DRL look purple/blue. In my opinion, thats too ricey. |

Just fyi if they don't come with any bulbs/projector, then you will lose your highs with these. I plan to retrofit

i thought i got a steal lol. paid 340 for mine. By the way it's designed and assembled, it's worth 150ish. I highly recommend to those that do get these seal it with rtv black silicone bc moisture will make its way through the headlights.

I ordered through their ebay site, using billmelater. $135....
we'll see what happens. I know ebay's pretty good about taking care of their buyers, so I hope this works out. |
