I learnt that the engine uses sometimes more the port and sometimes more the direct injectors depending on the rpms and engine load, so I guess when I was soliciting the engine beyond a certain load at a certain rpm, it starts to use the DI and thatís why the misfire and shaking happen there.

Iím getting a new injector soon and will keep this post updated for future reference.

Thatís it! My problem is resolved, itís like I have a new car. Now I can fully enjoy my car. I replaced the faulty injector with a new one after I cleaned everything, put a new silicone gasket for the intake and voilŗ. I did the job myself and it took me practically 10 hours.

The only thing I still donít understand is why the ECM (untuned) didnít detect the misfireÖ and when it was tuned with the OFT then it detected the misfire.
