I went with RacerX for autocross. Similar design to Whiteline, but they're available. So far I like them, but I have yet to take them through an autocross course so the final verdict is still out.

Purchased through Concept Z Performance and shipped to my house directly from SPL Parts INC. in Austin Texas.
I was a bit worried when I opened the box and found them to be different than any pictures, so I called up SPL who confirmed that it is a new revision just put out less than a week ago, and they hadn't had time to update the website yet. |

Same here. Also, SPL are very good at responding to questions. High quality all around.

I surprised no one has mentioned Voodoo?, or even our Control Arms? In my opinion CNC 6061 is well worth the extra $$ than Welded bits.

Found some interesting ones here. They have some distinct advantages that are lacking in some other arms. Only the wheel side of the control arm is adjustable, so the other suspension points stay as stock. I don't think this would make that much difference in performance, but it is probably important with some competition rule sets. Also, it appears that camber adjustment could be easily done without much effort while on the car. If I were to run these on the street I think I would drill some holes to let out water.

I went with SPL. It'll be mainly on the street (RCE Yellows) and hope to hit a track at some point. We make a lot of machined parts (Al, SS, & Ti) at my work and these are very nicely done and well anodized also. I haven't installed either yet, but they seem easy even for someone who hasn't done it before.
Some of the others appear to be uncoated or minimally painted/coated which would make me nervous about corrosion over time. |
