So, earlier today Scion had an event @K1 Speed: Irvine where they had free go kart racing, test drive of the Scion iQ, and even let us ride along in the Scion iQ that was being driven on the track course. Luckily, I brought my GoPro and was able to film (with SD memory issues) the ride, and shortly after my (1st) ride one of the Toyota reps walked over to me, introduced himself and asked if he could use my footage to show on their Scion website. I didnt mind, and he helped me resolve (sort of) my GoPro issue and let me ride in the iQ a couple of more times to get more footage for them. After I got my last ride, I asked if he could email me the footage (because i had difficulty with my SD card) and he said, "I can actually give you a USB thumb drive." I quickly replied, "Can i get an 86 thumb drive??" ... He laughed and said, "Let me just erase my files and I'll give you my spare."
So moral of the story, I gained a little more respect for Scion and finally got my little prize I've wanted the day i saw it!

P.S. - He said the Price reveal will (most likely be a press release) be given out within the month.

I'm procrastinating on writing a productivity review/report for work and finishing my taxes (I owe). Told myself I would do it yesterday. Now I wonder if I'll even get started today lol all coz I absolutely don't wanna do them.

On the forum, I can still be considered a newb, but wow... Their are so many much more NEW newbs on this site day by day flooding everything up! Jeez lol

Like 95% of the members over at the FRS/86 side all are under 300 post like 60% under 150

I don't generally post unless I have something worth saying. I've been a member of neons.org since 2003, I haven't been on much in the last couple years as I gave up on that platform but after about 7 years I amassed all of 621 posts. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I'm not saying all new members are bad. Just, some of them ask dumb question that can be answered by searching a bit. Same for starting a dumb new thread.
So thank you for doing that and not posting nonsense.

Its okay to post and be yourself and ask questions, etc. Just be smart to post

And for the record I didn't think you were saying anything bad about new members. It just seemed like an observation to me.
