1st Gear Acceleration Lag
I've recently started experiencing a lag off the line after the car is warmed up. I'm not accelerating hard, just normal around town driving. But at 2k rpms, it hangs and feels like it's bogged down. If I put the clutch in half way and give a little more gas, it then acts normal. It does this more often when the AC is on. No lights on in the dash, and it does it regardless of fuel level.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas? A technician friend said it could possibly be a lazy O2 sensor. I thought it could be a fuel issue. |

Have you tried this at night or on a cool day? It may have something to do with spring bringing very warm temperatures to your area. Without datalogs or anything, I'd suggest maybe cleaning/replacing the air filter and cleaning your MAF
