Are there any aftermarket parts available yet?

I know that HKS had said they have their exhaust systems available for the 2022 BRZ but I haven't been able to find any yet. Anyone perhaps have a link or any information on when it'll be available to purchase?

And if I got coilovers for a 1st gen subaru they should fit fine for this gen?

Thanks in advance all

Previous gen coilovers fit, as does front sway bar and wheels. @trippinbillies40 has already confirmed a number of things and may be compiling it in his thread.

According to Kevin from FTspeed, HKS say that the exhaust components are compatible between 1st and 2nd gens, except for the header.

Let’s keep in mind that compatible is not the same as optimized. The spec-L has larger diameter tubing for the 2022 for example.

Can't wait for more info on the GR catback and the intake hanging on the wall in this same video. Both look uncannily similiar to the TRD one for the old gen...

Weird, the exhaust header gaskets are the same between Gen1 and Gen2 so the holes and diameter should be the same. I wonder what interference is causing incompatibility. Maybe you need a special overripe to make gen1 headers fit or the new oil pan screwed up the routing

The MY17-20 came with slightly larger primaries vs MY13-16 on the manifold. HKS never updated to the larger 44mm vs 41.7mm? During first gen production. Additionally if hard points are the same the MY17-20 exhaust was slightly different and fit slightly different from the MY13-16. I would wager they are just enlarging a few components like they are for the catback. Apexi and Eeecustom have confirmed fitment of first gen header.

I know coilovers still fit but has anyone check if lowering springs are still compatible?
