Bump! Had a chance to go drive on these this weekend when the weather was warm and really had a chance to mess with the damping and all I can say is WOW! Compared to my Stock BRZ these really are not a huge step up in NHV, I mean of course it is there, but I was surprised how comfortable these are. Also I was able to take a few fast corners and maybe the handling has to do with the wide sticky tires on the car, but man does this thing feel like it is on rails! Response is immediate, turn in is lightning sharp, and the car just gripped likes crazy!

If I had time I would mess around more with the alignment, but even right now I am very very happy with the coilovers and the car's setup as a whole.

Anyway I hope everyone had a good long weekend!

Great review

How they works on light trackday use?

I mean, I now run OEM suspension and R888 tires 17", I want to have a step more

Would you suggest the streetflex?

This is a great system for someone who does occasional track days and yet wants to still have a car that is civil to drive on the public roads. With the wide adjustment range in the valving they give you the ability to tune the suspension to your driving environment easily and quickly. They are not a track coilover so if you run something like a full race slick you can quickly find the limit of the valving and springs that are on the shocks, but for someone who does 1-2 track days a month but still daily drives their car will find this coilover a great middle ground for fun and function

I have a set and I am very pleased with how they handle and ride. As stated above they are good for the occasional track user but maintain good daily use.

So when you are driving around town "rough roads" you can simply select full soft and good to go? This looks very interesting just concerned about reliability and accuracy of those little motors etc... Looks also that the edfc is a 500-600 touch additional.

What are the default settings for height and damper clicks?

After installing I have to wait before doing alignment? How many miles/kilometer?

They dont come pre set in terms of ride height, so you will need to set that up yourself just to be 100% sure. TEIN states a 1.3" f/r drop, but obviously you can adjust it from there to your personal needs.
As for the damper adjustment, there is no "pre set" clicks, so again you put it where it best suites your needs. Usually for most people I say start in the middle and work up or down from there depending on what your needing the suspension to do for you.

After install the springs should settle very quickly as they are a non-tapered linear spring. So you should be fine to go and get an alignment within 1 day or sooner to prevent severe tire wear.
