Well it's definitely loud, but not unbearable. With the rear seats up, there is basically no drone on the highway. I haven't heard it next to a straight muffler delete, but I'm sure this muffled track pipe is quieter.

The car Mazda brought is equipped to be as quick as a Street-class MX-5 will get; low options except for big brakes, good shocks, and LSD.
I agree, also surprised they classed it prior to at least seeing how the car does with hollis driving. But, I guess I'm not surprised it's going to CS because it would probably get killed in BS.

It will be very interesting to see how it does this week, esp due to only limited testing so far. I also heard rumors about trying to get the twins to ES, which would be more than favorable to us.

My fastest left and right side runs from the 2015 Pro Finale. I had the fastest left side run (by a small margin...) but couldn't get it done on the right-side. Good luck to everybody on Thurs/Fri. Hopefully it stays dry, but either way it should be fun.

Based on times at the Wilmington champ tour that would be murder for the class. We'll see how things go this week, but that wouldn't be a good move in my opinion. He twins are overpowered(lol) for the class

This is the worst it will be. It does quiet down significantly after a few tankfuls of gas to load up the shiny surfaces with soot.

It really isn't that bad. Plus, it only takes about 20 minutes to swap mufflers (wd-40 is your friend for the exhaust hangers!), so it's pretty easy to switch.

Agreed with the two statements above.

Although one day I would like to get a CLEiB catback, because turned down exhaust is best exhaust.

The Strano front bar is good on it's on, but I would recommend getting the TRD bars so you can run the Strano bar with the stiffer TRD rear ARB as a better starting point for C-Street.
