65MPH actually, on a good day. Of course many of the ones that are restored can probably do better. Not all have the original engines.

The question is, how well can it stop from 60mph?

And if it stops well, how do you avoid becoming a bug splat on the *inside* of the windshield?

It seemed to be doing pretty well relative to the modern cars around it in terms of acceleration and braking, but IDK how much safety factor there was or what equipment it had. The picture was the closest I got.

A trip into London this morning.. interesting display of different strokes.. a Moggie and a Ferrari.

Also saw about 6 or 7 Lambos in close formation making lots of noise.. and as many Mclarens throughout the day.. not a single Twin... Just a stupid number of supercars, they just don't have that special feel anymore..

What the hell can you do with those supercars on your tiny wet streets?

I forgot to mention I saw the 918 again.. Just shows how "normal" it is getting on our "tiny wet streets".

They get driven down busy high streets, making lots of noise, in some parts of London people are getting tired of the shit.

I think 'relatively' speaking supercars are getting easier to purchase. One exception Porsche GT3 etc, the only way of getting one of them is to wipe the arse of your local dealer.. The dealer will then decide if you been nice and gentle and put your name on the list of other hopeful arse wipers..

I enjoy seeing the cars but like I say too many and too often just takes the shine off a candy coloured supercar..
