Only works if the underbelly, or at least under the hood, is white.

Could also use more stripes.

Not like it would be without precedent.

Sad that there's no Brembos. Oh well, guess I'll just jump on a 2022 at the first chance I get, I would've waited on the 2023 if it had Brembos. Maybe it'll still be an option? Although I doubt it, if they were I feel like it'd be standard equipment on the special edition at least.

but the stripes look way better than the earlier special edition stripe kit.

It came from Toyota presumably.
if i could get those in a 5x100, i'd figure out a way to run them!

i've wanted to run these for a long time too

Man, if the Orange was a true matte, I'd be all over it. Either way could make a great Cincinnati Bengals fan car (WHO DEY!!!).

What I'm really happy about in the press release is the trunk sub mentioned again. Was afraid they scrapped that all together due to supply chain.

I'd buy one...

Spec list is viewable, at least for canadian dealers..

No changes besides the special edition.

A few weird differences on the spec sheet;

The SE is 1MM wider, 1MM longer and 1MM taller. The fuel capacity is 49L instead of 50L

???

lol

Super thick paint, made the whole car bigger and squeezed the fuel tank slightly.

i had the orange SE 2013 wrx, but maaan this gr86 isn't doing it for me.

The wheels are terrible.
The stripes are placed....randomly.
Body color ducktail is best ducktail.

also as someone mentioned before it's too light... more creamsickle than pumpkin.

I like it. Not sure I love it. Definitely hate the wheel design. I am so-so on the stripes (would consider doing something similar but haven't committed to it) and the black duckbill. Definitely would like the exhaust and will look into it if it is available aftermarket. As far as color, it would be a tough call for me between my Neptune and this if it was an option.

I am kind of happy it didn't add anything I really, really would lust after (brembos being the primary desire, with interior changes ala the Hakone being second).

Speaking of that - do you know how you absolutely made the right car choice? When, after having it for a few months, you see any of the other options you might have had/considered and don't have a single ounce of want/regret. That's the way I feel right now.

I actually kind of like the stripes - faintly MOPAR (maybe in conjunction with the orange).

Yea, I'm good with the stripes too. look much better than the fender tramp stamps on the front of some MOPAR and GM products which look completely out of place to me.

My favorites ones on an 86 are still the dual ones that were available in Europe in 2013.
