Hmm. This IS interesting.

I met @csworldfan at autocross a month or two ago. All I can say is that I can confirm he has a wife, two ft86's, multiple exhausts for his car, at least one OFT that he used to give himself launch control (I was really jealous there), and a Borla UEL. Didnt know about the HKS because I'd have bought it from him.

He seemed like a nice guy, to be honest. This makes me sad and hope it really was just one big fucked up situation for everyone and wasnt done with ill will.

"I fully intended to ship out your HKS EL. When i sold it to you, i didn't have it yet. I had a deal setup to trade one of my borla UELs for an HKS EL, that fell through at the last moment. I lied to you to buy time, i'm sorry. My original plan was to do the trade, and send it out. When that fell through, i started to ignore you, not knowing how to handle it. I'm sorry it ended up like this. I'll refund you as soon as i can. It shouldn't take long."

whatever it happened, it's your business and nobody cares.
they just want your simple apology and explanation and process of refund issue.
is it really difficult to saying "I fucked up..and i am sorry. i will work my ass off to refund everyone's money" instead of I didn't make any crime blah blah blah excuses?

What people don't understand is that the Castle Doctrine, in Oregon, is more of a tit for tat law. Example; if i break into your home with just my hands, you can't pull your pea shooter out and blast me in the face. There has to be a reasonable threat such as if i had a knife or gun or broke into your kids room or whatever.

Regardless, I don't condone breaking into anyone's house ever as i wouldn't want this done to me. What you should all do those is picket in front of his house with nasty signs. First amendment is an amazing thing.

That is literally what I'm saying to people. Maybe not in the public forum, but just about everyone has been in contact with me in some way.
