So far so good with the header. I'm happy with the build quality. I have just bolted the header to the heads but have not connected the rest up yet. The fit is perfect where it bolts to the heads. The installation is easy. The 4 outside bolts are just as easy to get to as stock. You just need an extension. The two inside bolts are pretty easy with a swivel extension. I did ground down a small step just inside one of the tubes where it meets the flange that bolts to the head. This was minor but it was there and I grounded it down smooth at a machine shop I used to work at. This was one out of the 4. I did not get pics of it. I'm very happy with the quality of the collector, materials, welds, and coating. Tony does good work. I will be taking my time bolting things up from the front to the back with the Motiv overpipe, HFC front pipe and stock cat back. I'm using new gaskets at each connection since I did have some leaking with the Motiv components. The gaskets they send are not a crush type and may have been the culprit (or installer error). I should have the instalation complete by Friday evening and hope to do some data logging and enjoy the torque curve it should have come with from the factory.

Well its on the car but its very raspy over 3k rpm under any kind of load. Not happy with it at all at this point. I've double and triple checked for leaks and nothing is hitting anywhere. I'm waiting on a new tune and gonna do something about the rasp. I think I'm gonna start with header wrap on the front pipe and maybe add a resonator if neccessary. I may wrap the header but I'd rather not. Thought about putting the muffler at the rear of the stock front pipe on the Motiv overpipe as well. Any tips are appreciated.
Thanks!

EDIT: noise I had labeled as raspiness was most likely the overpipe hitting the subframe. This issue has been adjusted out.

I am now very pleased with the FA20club EL 4-1 header. I purchased it catted and coated. I wrapped the primaries up to the collector with Thermo Tec header wrap, painted it with Thermo Tec paint and reinstalled. I also received and loaded a new map from Tony. I am 100% pleased now with the header, performance, and sound. No more rasp! just clean smooth aggressive sound with no drawbacks. I still have another map coming and may try to do one more since I'm probably done with performance mods for a bit. No more torque dip. This car runs, sounds, and feels like it should have from the factory. Tuning is where its at to make these mods work for sure. Again, overpipe is Motiv coated, front pipe is Motiv catted. Catback is stock. Here's a video pulling out through 3rd gear shifting easy.

Hotchkis Sway Bar Kit installed. Very happy with the improved handling. Instalation was straightforward as shown in the DIY section. The clunking problem that others have dealt with was avoided by cutting off the end of the front sway bar which eliminated the softer adjustment hole. I was never gonna use it anyways. This way I'm not running out for $200 endlinks or cutting and welding the stock ones to shorten them. I should have taken more pictures and need pics of the Valenti taillamps as well. Rear is set in the 3rd hole one away from firmest setting. Very happy with this car now!
First page has updated mods list.

Stillen Front Lip installed.

I also had the front clip repainted. I had a few rock chips and the like. I'll have to protect it this time with a clear bra. My Scion emblem is obviously on crooked now so that will be fixed when I have the bra installed if not sooner. I debated painting the lower portion of the spoiler black but I think I'll wait and do that if I scratch it up. The fit and quality is excellent. I like that Stillen's products are a durable poly and not fiberglass.

Aw dude, sorry to hear that. I've wrecked too...with less than 1500 miles on the car. Set me back about $3K. Hope you're not hurt. If you don't mind, what exactly happened? Do you have any pic's of the carnage?

Thanks I'm fine. Basically I got the tail out on an entrance ramp and overcorrected and hit the guard rail. Front hit first and then the right rear quarter panel. Neither hit was hard. No airbags deployed. It was just cosmetic damage until they saw that the fuse box in the engine bay needed to be replaced. That ended up totaling it which in the end is a blessing cause i don't have the trade value hurt down the road and they are giving me $25K for the car after deductible plus i keep my undamaged accessories. I deleted the pics on my phone cause they made me sick. I may be able to get them off the insurance website later.
