Hey thanks!

For $1200 I wouldn't have done it, but I paid $850 OTD for it. Still a bit much, but overall I'm happy!

Washed her even though I knew it was going to rain, then, with my dad's help, stole the garage from my mom. Her SUV is now out in the rain, and my baby is safe in the garage.

next to finish up the exhaust completely and get some tires that are actually worth a shit lol. that should do it for the bolt ons.... really need to do some research on my F/I options. i love boost and this car would be magnificent. im almost tempted to work with some local friends and get some custom fab work done for a disco potato *gt28rs*. not the best turbo, but quick spool and just enough for car.

was a bit of a sad day, as i walked around in my friends garage i stumbled upon my first 6spd tranny we pulled out of my evo... oh the memories:

gotta work on my buddies mk3 supra as well. he took the stock 7m out and dropped in a sexy 1j with a insane size turbo lol. he actually designed an exhaust that was suppose to be impossible for that model with only 1 bend. insane car
haha aw man well damn sounds like you have quite a project ahead of you! but man im thinking about wheels and tires too what would still give great control on the road. and the boost situation, im right there with you on that one. im still shopping around and seeing whats there. im waiting on some things so that i can get on my shopping list. great thing about having to wait, i get to see others with their products and see how far along they are going and see how good they are.

so im just waiting here. im done with a few of the bolt ons. exhaust, intake, engine strut. not alot but getting there.

for suspension im thinking bags but i wanted to get others opinion. care to give yours?

yeah i definitely got a bit of work ahead of myself lol as far as air springs go... i've never been a big fan. then again i've never used them myself either.

i have a friend with bags on his truck and it's "cool". however the ride quality sucked imo. that may have just been his particular choice of manufaturer as i've heard that ride quality is great from them in comparison to some co applications.

that being said... don't know if i would trust air ride on a performance car. then again, i don't understand the technical aspects of them so take my opinion on them with a grain of salt

as far as tires go im leaning towards 615k's, direzza z1/II's, or hankook rs3's

I weighed the 2013 fr-s automatic again. At the same scale with only the spare tire removed and 1/8 tank of gas it weighed 2720. I was quite satisfied with these results! This was great news for me. As I plan to install the Kosei k4r 17x7 and re-use the stock tires. The rims will save 24 lbs. When it comes time to replace the battery I will. I expect another 20 from this. This car is lightweight, yet feels firm and precise. Toyota and Subaru did a great job.

Wash, wax, vac. Parov Stellar on the Victrola, sunshine, blue sky, sunshine. Drive.

I guess driving may not count as something you "do" to your FR-S, it's something you do "with". Regardless, how many of you actually drive the damn thing?

Scraped the edge of the rear spoiler backing into garage. Sigh. I gathered touch-up paint recommendations here and ordered 37J and clear coat. Glad to have the resources in this forum.

I washed, waxed, and vacuumed my car today. Came out great. Then, as I'm walking into the house, it started raining.

I HATE that. Happens here, too. Rain is OK, but the road muck is what messes up your hard work. I can not stand dirty windows.

At least you did all 3. It's been so unpredictably rainy here for the past 4 weeks that it seems useless to do it. I had to give it a quick wash about a week ago though. the dirt and road grime was really bothering me.
