How much output? Gains are minimal. It's not like a turbo where maximum flow has a very noticeable effect on spool.

I guess the output number is less of a concern than efficiency.

Unfortunately, E-85 isn't readily available where I reside so fueling is limited to 93 octane. I'm also not looking to break any records.

So if the general consensus is that 3" will net minimal gains unless I'm trying to extract the absolute last drop then I think I should be set with my path forward!

Appreciate your input!

I haven't had any experience with other headers, but I have the coated ACE A350 header and touring 86 exhaust, some people don't like it, but its perfect for me. It's fairly quiet during cruise and sounds sooo sexy at WOT. I even had a modified M2 owner come up and comment on how much he loved it.

Your largest limitation will be at your header, and then front pipe.

If your header's outlet is 63mm (as are most headers'), then going larger that doesn't do anything; the tightest point is still 63mm.

Gruppe-S UEL header and over pipe (both coated)
E85

Sorry for potato quality. Note Delicious performed their V25 revision on the car following this dyno (same one Zach is mentioning above) and it feels even better than it did when it put down these numbers -really a nice upgrade and I highly recommend it.

Huge shout out to Nik and Hal at Dynosty for being super chill and helpful, and to Zach at Delicious for all of his help with dialing the tune in!

What boost level are you seeing in your logs?

Logs are showing manifold absolute pressure around 1.75 bar right at my redline of 7500, so a peak of 10-11 psi. Note Delicious and most tuners recommend safely extending redline slightly and I would net more power doing so -but I've requested my redline remain at 7500.

Here's a graph of the MAP and RPM from a WOT log on my car with the tune it ran on the dyno.

Hope this helps!

The stock fuel system is beefier than you think...

First off, I'll say again this kit has blown my expectations out of the water. I've been driving around on a Delicious tune, but recently took her in to get a nice dyno tune. I'm still running the STOCK fuel system and standard 3.25 inch pulley that comes with the kit, and Forged performance reached in and pulled 311whp out of her! Not only that, she makes close to peak torque from 3.5k all the way to redline, on 93 pump gas! If only there were an e85 station closer than 12.7 miles from me.....

Is it just me or the picture is broken? Anyway, those are great numbers. Everything is stock right?

Pictures often show up broken on mobile. Try desktop mode.

I'm also interested on what mods Jordanthebass has. Forged performance is might be the nearest tuner to me.

Well I am running a pair of catless uel headers and a full 2.5 inch exhaust, an oil cooler which keeps the oil temp perfect at all times. (Probably not necessary but Atlanta can get dangerously hot in July). Other than that I haven't touched the anything regarding fueling and/or electrical. If you'd like the details I'd love to share perhaps outside this thread so I don't clog it up

Yes, stock fueling system but I've got catless headers and full exhaust.

OFT for the supercharger? for non-ecutek users

Is possible to write the tuned SC file as OFT with openflash?

Returning home from traveling at the weekend, I got stuck in Portland traffic for a good 90 minutes or so, so it gave me the chance to explore.

For the first ten minutes, everything was fine with no issues and then it started happening again.

It's stop-and-go traffic, so I bring up the clutch pedal with minimal revs and pull forward. As I dip the clutch pedal, the revs fly up to 3,000 revs and bounce between that and around 900 constantly. I bring up the clutch pedal again and pull forward and the process starts all over. Here's the interesting part that I learned this time...as I stop, I put the car into neutral and the issue goes away completely. If I leave it in 1st, it revs a couple of times and eventually settles down. As an experiment, I put it in 1st and crept forward after bringing the clutch pedal up again, but this time, I coast slightly downhill (clutch pedal depressed fully) and leave the gear in 1st and the revs continue to swing. While still continuing to coast, I take it out of gear into neutral and the revs calm down and are stable at 950rpm.

So, this only seems to happen in gear...I don't know why, but it sure is strange.
I have some good news with regard to this particular issue. Neal at The Racer's Line cleaned the throttle body and checked the pins on the harness to the MAF. The pins looked a little loose, so he tightened them up and added some hot glue to make sure they were secure. Since then, going on three days now, I have had no issues with the idle. Keeping my fingers crossed...
