Holden and Ford were famous for allegedly doing this at drags n stuff due to the number of SS/XR Falcodores getting put in for warranty work...

I have doubts Toyota would spare the manpower to do this. What issues are they coming against that are 'track related'?

It's been well known Falcodores blow driveline components...

I can confirm that this did happen ALOT here in Perth at whoop as Wednesdays drags! I had issues at one dealership in Perth with my VE SS after doing a slave cyl at the drags.....then other dealership up the road fixed it no questions asked.

So I think it comes down to the particular dealer. A good friend used to work at a Holden dealership also, and said that they are funny about warranty work due to it not being beneficial for them to complete. Ie: the dealership does not make money from repairing warranty work.

This. An interview was already done and the top guy said that he actually encouraged people to do this.

I brought this car because of the cool drifting commercials I've seen on TV.
Are they misrepresenting this car? False advertisement?

For the record: This is my baby and I drive like a grandma.

Thank you.

The only cool drifting commercials ive seen are on dirt. So drifting on the road voids warranty.

Why drive like a grandma... Ohhh poor car..... buy an corolla instead.
