There are a bunch of other videos and images that show without it, including on Subaru's website.

I hope that stays.

Guess I didn't notice those, but haven't really looked at but a couple.

Yeah, alot of newer cars have a dip like that, but in the first gen, what little power it had felt worse with that pronounced dip. Now that the whole curve got a nice healthy bump, and a less pronounced dip, I don't think this will be a point of contention anymore.

I'm sure we will get used to the torque dip but the looks?? ...It fucking looks like the old Hyundai Coupe... What a disappointment!! Bath, baby, water comes to mind! BTW, the photo below is the old Hyundai not the new BRZeeee..

Oh it will still be with somebody! Also the fact it isn't 300HP will come up.

Ole @humfrz will be worried, rear wheel steering.. think of the joys of reversing... May be not... But it's the thought that counts.

Well obviously! The fuel filler is on the totally wrong side so it can't be a BRZ

Okay, what is up with this. The top picture is the automatic console. The bottom picture is the manual. Why are we being penalized a cup holder for going with the manual? Maybe just pre-production differences? Obviously, they would be adding the cup holder for the final version, right?

Could be a trim level difference, or pre-production I suppose.
