Any modification to the system and tune, other than what comes out of the box, ruins the CARB certification that was given. So, a flex fuel kit isnt possible, and using a different tune isnt possible, if you desire to keep your CARB legal setup.

Should be arriving soon. My intercooler upgrade showed up yesterday, and i have to assume they were in the same shipment that just cleared customs. Just waiting on the tune file now.
