Did your overpipe have a tab to attach it to a header stud?

Anybody trim the beam where the intercooler lays on so that the intercooler sits flush?

Yeah I cut out a big section so it sits down inside of it. They're super cheap to replace If need be

I didn't touch the crash beam but used a dremel to cut out a section of the shroud so i could fit the bumper back on

Anyone know the inner diameter for the silicon hoses on each end of the intercooler? One is smaller than the other.

Thanks!

I did not get this notification, sorry for not replying...

It was the Nameless 3 inch OP/FP combo and it did not have a tab.

2 Inch coming from the turbo, 2.5 inch leading to the inlet. Stage 4 is 2.5 on both sides.

Did you cut a hole right through the beam? Because apparently that beam has support on the underneath.

Yeah I cut through the whole thing. The platform seems rigid but it doesn't really support much.

Did anyone else notice that avo now has a listing for a replacement header on their site?
