Reminds me of the Focus RS a bit. Make it like that with power to back it up and it would be interesting to see it tear up the track.

My feedback, take it for what it's worth -

* either add flares/widen fenders, or go with a higher offset wheel/narrower wheel. I'm one of the few remaining people that still admit that they like the stretch/poke/"hellaflush" fitment, but this is not working.... at all...

* If you were looking to stir up conversation with that wheel color choice, I guess you suceeded. Personally, I think it's a pretty cool color on it's own, but definitely not for the exterior color of that car. IMHO, looks totally janky, like something that you'd see in any ghetto in America. change the wheel color or change the body color... please... now... it's hurting my eyes...

Well noted. We are developing fender flares for it.

I see this all the time in Queens, hell a badly modified car with wheels sticking out 5 inches from the fenders is a buck fifty over here.

First of all @vividracing, I would have waited to post pictures of the car until the wide fenders were put on. Right now it just looks mexiflush. OTOH, come on guys, obviously it looks like this because they are setting up their suspension and building the body kit around it. It is clearly not finished (in fact, the body seems pretty much stock).

Secondly, I don't think the color was a good idea, unless you were planning on painting the car too. Don't get me wrong, it is possible to pull of the red/teal combo (see http://www.flickr.com/photos/36451575@N06/5170060825 or http://www.canibeat.com/2010/11/a-re...lorida-marlin/), but this is sadly not one of them. It seems that the ones that look good have a chrome lip on the rims.

Good luck with the build guys and keep us updated!

I'm a bit confused, did you actually widen the track or did you just install rims with a mexi-flush offset?

I like the color combo but you need some kind of accent on the car to tie it together IMO. Whether it's a simple livery or something even more basic like a stripe in the lower contours. Can't wait to see it with flairs though.

Bouncing their way past Queens Center Mall on cut springs and blown shocks.
