I would. Genesis 5.0 R-spec is hot. Would take that over any Lexus except a LFA.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Plus there's nothing to do in Canada - so what's the point of driving around other than to get to work

Would you honestly pick up the keys to the 5.0 Genesis over the 5.0 ISF if both were free?

rwd, small, hatchback 2 door, possibly lightweight?
electric 104hp, plus range extender engine.

if Hyundai manages to produce something like this soon, it would be worth the wait.

I would take the ISF, sell it, buy a gen 3.8 rspec and bank the change.

Just an FYI, electric cars can't be lightweight the Li-ion battery is immense (that is unless you're driving a Tesla Roadster which curbs at round about the same weight as the FRS... but USUALLY electric cars are heavyweights. For example, the Fisker Karma is 5300lbs; but to be fair it's got a gasoline motor too. So a more worthy comparison would be BMW's ActiveE, 4050lbs). The postive side to an electric car with good horsepower there's no such thing as a powerband; peak HP and tq from the moment you put your foot on the accelerator, like a light switch.

I would do something similar too. I would buy a used low mileage 2011 GC 3.8 Track(27.5k) and a base FR-S(24k) and bank the change since those are the only two cars I care about under 40K. An Elise or Cayman S would cost an arm and a leg to maintain I bet.

Because those cars were not proposed as options.

If free I would sell the ISF. If I was using my money and had to buy one of them I would go with the 5.0 R-Spec.

So?

You got something against a 10yr 100,000 mile warranty on an affordable cross-shop for a G37?
