I told everybody, don't worry I drive rear wheel drive in the snow all the time at work, and the car fits 2 kids in the back and my groceries in the trunk are no problem.

My electroluminescent dash panel was not working so took it to dealer for repair.

First time, they kept my car for 3-4weeks but were not able to fix it so returned me the car saying they will schedule toyota engineer to come.

I took the car again and after two weeks they told me that they were not able to fix it completely.
Got the EL to work when engine starts but not when the door is opened.
They said that there is a known issue (design flaw with the system) with this whole el panel and there is no fix for it.

Told me they will not be able to fix the el to work with the door because of this design flaw but to compensate the inconvenience they will pay my car payment for next month.

What do you guys think about this? Is there anyone who had a similar experience?

Take the payment. The panel ain't worth it.
