Yup. Those are the bolts. Place washers between the mounts and the chassis. The wider the better to disperse the load. Should gain you enough to clear. I do not forsee any issue in the future as long as you use stainless washers.

Thanks, also felt contact when the suspension was compressing during a hard left hander. I'm going to try the washer idea.

Does anyone know the bolt size for these? I plan to run out and grab some washers/spacers:

I ran three washers per bolt on mine. I good way to check if it is still hitting might be to take some nail polish and touch up the portion on the bar that the overpipe was hitting.

just got op on today which is a motiv and here some buzzing at certain rpms and when pulling into driveway which is in first and a little load. and around 3k or so. looks like i have clearance but maybe it's too close and load will cause it to make contact. hmmmm

In Swift's pics the OP looks closer to the frame than it does the sway bar. In the second pic it looks like scuff marks are visible right by where the OP is closest to the frame. Those marks may be from installation, though.

another pic from Swift's thread:

I would triple check that it's not hitting the frame. Seems it would be more abrasive than a powdercoated sway bar.

Yeah there is like no clearance between these pipes and the subframe. No matter how I adjust it, the OP still vibrates on the subframe underload at low rpm in 1st and 2nd.

Yeah I get a slight buzzing sound at higher RPMs, I'm going to add one more washer this evening all the way around and see if it goes away.

I forgot to update but w the motiv op , my new motiv fp with a cat , and hks header, the op has no clearance issues what so ever. I could should my whole hand in there and no problem. I'm running a cusco 22mm sway bar. The buzzing was a bracket that was dangling from the helmholzt i had custom done on the test pipe. Got that welded back on and I'm good. No noises

I think I might try to dab a little something on there like a touch of paint to see if it's making contact. I'll be doing my oil cooler, cold-air intake, and adding a washer this evening so I'll make sure to set up some testing conditions.

Could please anyone who runs the Nameless OP/FP combo report whether you noticed any clearance issues? I'm planning to order one but given that it has the most dissimilar shape vs. stock than any other aftermarekt overpipes I fear it might have issues with aftermarket sway bars as well...

sorry for the thread necro, but did you have to get longer bolts after adding washers or are the OEMs fine?
