I dont get why manufacturers put ugly rims on nice cars @TRD-X i agree with you simple 5 spokes would have been way more attractive
just my opinion ofcourse

I'm guessing those Sach dampers would cost a kidney and a few other body parts

Those wheels are so perfect... if we get the rumored power increase and these wheel on the 2015 I might have to trade it in sooner than expected.

The idea behind Scion isn't to have trim levels, but for every piece to be an optional upgrade. So we won't get the "handling package" but we will get the wheels and dampers as options.

...probably.

I wouldn't mind having the dampeners -- wheels i'll go another route, though they are nice looking with that car IMHO. Retains stock styling without being busy as fuck.

Soooooooo, let me get this right... Three of the biggest changes people make to the 86, rims, tires, and suspension..

Toyota comes out with a car that has a little bit better suspension, rims are.. Well some like it some don't, and better tires..

And people want to trade just to get these parts, when they will most likely change them anyways.. I mean the stock tires don't last for ever anyway.. So Toyota giving better tires won't make me want to trade, rims don't look good to me so I'd change them out, and if plan on RSR coilovers anyway, which had better perform better then these shocks.. So I don't see the need to want a new one yet.. And as far as power, unless the get rid of the dip, I am already close to 200hp at the wheels.. So again I don't see the reason to take the hit on a trade in yet..

If Toyota makes a 300hp blown monster, I guess I'd think about it
