Do you have a lot of snow, ice, salt and sand on the roads in Mesa Arizona?
I was pretty specific that I was talking about here not everyplace.

How can you possibly think it doesn't stick out more? It casts a shadow!
It almost qualifies as a running board.

Maybe installing mud flaps deletes the "wheel arch extender".
Could be!
All Canadian cars come with the mud flaps so I would never have seen those... whatever they ares.

we get lots of sand and rocks I've had to replace my windshield at least twice when I had my hot lava and I'm on my third windshield with my current twin..ok yes, I agree it sticks out more, but it isn't drastic and it isn't as bad as our current twins with a side skirt attached on the outside of it..we shall see..I'm happy with the new side skirt and love that is a separate piece so even if I destroy it at least it is replaceable

I met a bunch of twins owners at a meet in Mesa in '18. They had a lot of days at 100F or higher this year, so plenty of sand but no snow. Snow would be found closer to Flagstaff I think.

The slush just works to throw the sand and salt against the car better. The underside will get the worst of it. At least with the current flush rocker it just flings it up the whole side of the car.

With mudflaps and a flat rocker! I can't even imagine what underneath that flair would get exposed to.

It isn't fair that even though you are around 750 kilometers (give or take for your actual location) north of me you have a nice warm ocean so don't have to live with the bullshit that everybody else does!
By all means be as vague as you like, but it's kinda like saying "Those US winters"......

Last time I checked a map I was about 4 or 5 degrees SOUTH of you.....And I think you mean "Westerners"? We aren't sensitive in the West, just a little tired at times of being considered by the East as an afterthought- if at all!

Peace!

p.s. our "warm ocean" would probably kill a person in 10-20 mins at this time of year.

Nope. Northerners. I am way far south of the southernmost border of BC much less where the population centers are.
I have spent much time in BC and know perfectly well it is part of Canada. No need to run around with a chip on your shoulder because somebody doesn't specify their exact location in Canada. There was no slight to Canada's Californians. That little strip of land warmed up by the ocean is the rare exception to what winter means for the rest of the country. It is why you don't get the snow and isn't killing anybody with it's air temperatures. I spent many a winter night doing deck watch on a destroyer escort out of Esquimalt and don't recall freezing to death in 6 hour much less 10 or 20 minutes.

There I am at about 42 degrees and the southernmost border of BC at 49 degrees. That means I am at least 483 kilometers SOUTH of you.

Yeowza!

Methford OR!

Ain't nobody got time for 52 freedom degrees when you're in it.
Anytime of year. If the Orca and octopi don't get you first.

The lakes only have whitefish and giant sucking leaches with teeth.

I would love it if all you Canadians would keep your cold air to yourself in the winter. After it blows off the ocean it goes over the mountains and then gets pushed down here to Iowa. Then in the summer we get all of the hot humid air from the Gulf of Mexico. Living in the middle of a continent sucks.
