Haven't bought mine yet. But the plan is pretty much everything that's offered here in Canada.
Ultramarine M/T
TRD Intake
TRD Exhaust
Premium Pioneer Audio Upgrade
Bongiovi Acoustics DPS
Scion spoiler
TRD Springs (later on when they become available)
Fogs (also when they become available)
HIDs (possibly later on if they become available on new models)
TRD big brake kit (if I feel like spending that much money, probably not though)

And yes, I will be a TRD whore just because I'm leasing this car because I want to enjoy it as much as I can for a 4 or 5 years and then give it back to upgrade to something newer. Life's too short to drive one car forever, no matter how great it is!

I got the clear Scion decal on my trunk loading area. I had the most difficult time figuring out how to describe the location of that... haha. Anyways, I got locking lugs and the embroidered trunk liner. I don't know if that comes standard, but another dude I know that got an FR-S out of town didn't get one!

None of that is standard - you paid extra for each item.

I bought mine with nothing - figured I'd buy what I wanted later at a reduced cost. The dealer always charges top $$$s when it's part of the car. You can usually find the parts on-line for half the price. And believe me, if the dealer installs them, they aren't very hard to install yourself.

None 100% stock as the region/dealers charge you twice the price for everything you have as a option it's cheaper to add the parts yourself.

Ultramarine, also went the no options route when getting the car, except for the scion spoiler and the wheel locks which were already on the car at the dealer.
I have more pride in a mod/add-on when I'm the one that designs it or simply bolts it on.

Not a damn thing.

One reason I bought the FR-S (over other higher priced sports cars) was the cost of entry being so low and the relatively simple design which will make it easier and more affordable for me to work on.

This will be my first mod/tuner car and I want to do everything myself.

Whiteout is the color.

Ordered it like this:
BeSpoke
Carpeted trunk mat
Rear bumper appliqué
Hood and fender clear bra
TRD air filter
Alloy wheel locks
Rear spoiler

I also had the dealer install my OEM Audio+ System before I bought the car.

$1,100, but you get the warranty of the car applied to the system.

OK that's a good price I was only asking as some dealers rip people off on the install cost.

As for the warranty I'm not worried about that as OEM Audio+ looks out for me...
